Prices

The table below shows the registration fee per person. The preferential rate is valid until April 30 at 23:59. Registrations close definitively on June 30 at 23:59.

All costs should be supported by the ordering party.

Content of the registration fee

The registration fee includes, per person:

the orienteering map
the electronic time registration for runners’ courses
the transportation of your tent to the bivouac (and back)
the water supply and sanitary facilities on the bivouac
2 sausage rolls (vegetarian on request upon registration) during the Saturday evening bivouac
the breakfast on Sunday morning
the insurance for each non-affiliated FRSO/OV/FFCO/NOLB participant

Electronic punching system

For the Runners' courses, the Sportident electronic punching system is used to control the passage to the checkpoints. A Sportident chip per person is required.
If you do not have one, a chip will be rented to you for the 2 days of the event (€ 4 for adults / € 2 for young people).
A deposit of € 50 in cash per Sportident chip will be required at the secretariat on Saturday morning

Medical certificate

Runners who are not affiliated with an orienteering federation (FRSO/OV/FFCO/NOLB) must provide a sworn statement or a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of orienteering in competition.
This document should be sent to the secretariat by email (transfo@asub-orientation.org).

Age

A person under 18 years of age may only participate if accompanied by a person over 18 years of age or by a person over 16 years of age affiliated to an orienteering federation (FRSO/OV/FFCO/NOLB) for more than one year.
